Keto Creamy Lemon Green Beans

10 oz fresh green beans

3 oz Smude's Sunflower Oil

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

1 c heavy whipping cream

1/2 lemon, the zest

1/2 c fresh parsley
1. Trim and rinse the green beans.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan.
3. Saute the beans for 3-4 minutes over medium heat until they begin to brown. Lower heat towards the end. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Add heavy cream and let simmer for 2 minutes. Grate the lemon zest finely and sprinkle on top of the green beans before serving.
5. Add finely chopped parsley before serving and enjoy!
