Keto Bacon and Eggs 

  • 5 oz. bacon

  • 3 Tbsp Smude's Sunflower Oil 

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 (14 oz) avocados

  • 1/2 c walnuts

  • 1 green bell pepper 

  • salt & pepper

  • 1 Tbsp fresh chives finely chopped

1. Fry the bacon over medium heat until crispy. 

2. Remove from pan and keep warm. Remove the fat that's accumulated in the pan. Lower the heat to medium-low and fry the eggs in Smude's Sunflower Oil in the same pan.

3. Place bacon, eggs. avocados, nuts, and bell pepper on a plate. 

4. Season to taste and enjoy!
