Janel’s Kale Chips

  • 6-8 kale leaves (remove the ribs from the center of each leaf and cut into 1-1/2 to 2-inch pieces)

  • 1 teaspoon Smude Cold Pressed High Oleic Sunflower Oil

  • Sea Salt (to taste)


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place kale pieces in a bowl, sprinkle with Smude Cold Pressed High Oleic Sunflower Oil. Toss well. Add a little sea salt now and toss well or sprinkle it on the leaves once it is on your baking sheet. Place kale on a baking sheet. Bake about 10-12 minutes depending upon your oven. It should be crispy and dark green. Eat warm or let cool and enjoy.
